I’ve stressed many times to many people that I’ve always been creative in some form. For a while it dealt more with writing (poorly) rather than hands-on craft making. But thanks to Pinterest, my craft making side has been stirring! So when I ran across a site that sells handmade soy candles, it hit me – why am I not doing this? I love candles! I didn’t realize until recently how accessible it is to do. I played with the idea for a solid week (a long time in my world) to just do it as a hobby. So that’s where I’m at. Playing with cheaper stuff until I sort of know what I’m doing. My goal is to do at least one craft fair this fall, if all goes well. So far, things have been lining up pretty well!
