Last Saturday, my in laws invited us out to a local winery for wine tasting. Lucky us, they were also offering wine tasting paired with chocolate! I’m not one who usually drinks wine, but this was fun nonetheless and extra yummy.  We spent hours there, drinking wine with great conversations.

The winery sits near an old Civil War battle field and just outside stands the ruins of the old house that was there during that time. They’ve converted it into a sitting area. Personally, I love historic homes, even if they’re in ruins.
