It’s freakin’ Fall, ya’ll!
Reflecting about the season, it amazes me how many people have come out as Fall enthusiasts over the last few years. Maybe it’s the influence of the cozy images on Pinterest. Maybe it’s the Pumpkin Spice anything and everything.
Whatever the reason, I sit here and realize that nature is showing off it’s radiant beauty before it takes it’s final bow. Us Fall lovers are in love with a season where everything is dying.
It strikes me as odd and beautiful all once, especially since I feel like my spirit comes alive during the season. It’s the kick off of my favorite time of year, right up until New Years.
Fall is not only beautiful because of the vibrancy of the leaves changing, but maybe it’s the easiest way to learn how to let things go. God knows for some, even me, it’s not an easy feat, so any encouragement is welcomed. Why not let friendly Fall subliminally teach us the art of letting go and making room for what brings us the most joy or a renewed sense of self. You don’t have to wait until New Years to begin a new journey. Start over in the Fall.
May we all find beauty in change.
