Since we’re in the spirit of being thankful this month, what perfect way to also express our gratitude other than with gratitude journaling? As some of you may know, I’ve gotten heavily into journaling over the last year and love the idea of sitting down to write either your favorite moment of the day or something to be thankful for. They say the more you practice gratitude, the more will be returned to you and the happier you’ll be!
My favorite places to get good quality journals without breaking the bank (believe me, I’ve become a pro at finding journals. Ha! Just see my instagram feed for the_diary_library) is T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, Homegoods, and Ross. The most you’ll pay for any journal is about $8. You can’t beat that! They always have unique finds with the best uplifting messages.
There’s so many different ways you can gratitude journal and it may not look the same for everyone. Some may consider a “prayer” journal the way they write their gratitude. Some have a Five Year Journal to write down a quick blurb about the day. But if you like a journal geared specifically for gratitude, Eccolo makes some of the perfect ones (they’re also one of my favorite journal brands overall). The best way to grab an Eccolo is keeping your eyes peeled at the discount stores I mentioned above!
Need a little help with gratitude journaling? This was a fun, stylish, and quick watch to get the biggest bang out of your journaling. Do you keep a gratitude journal? If so, what’s your style of journaling?
Giving much gratitude to all my readers!
Have gratitude journaled on and off for years…it’s a great thing. I have done some blogging on journaling if you care to take a look?
That’s awesome! It’s definitely a great thing for sure 🙂 I’ll have to check that out!
