So if you’ve followed me for a while, back in February I made Valentines Day Cake Pops, and I just found this video with a better how-to. It doesn’t seem to take as long (freezing them for 45 minutes instead of three hours), and She gave a helpful hint of putting chocolate on the stick before you stick it into the cake ball (is there a different way of putting that?) and using an ice cream scoop to get even portions when making your cake balls. She also didn’t seem to use as much icing as I did when mixing the cake…Maybe I’ll try that next time. This video comes at a great time as I’m already planning on doing a “welcome fall” cake pop in the next few weeks. Pictures to come!
