I have to say that I spend way too much time watching youtube videos. So much so that I’ve started thinking about doing it myself and incorporate that into my blogs. I literally don’t know anyone personally who does this (unless you’re keeping it a secret), although it seems like “the norm” in other corners of the world.
There’s something about it that seems fun and I’d love to try my hand at it. But I have no idea where to start? I could even do random girly product videos like “What’s In My Shower”, because yes, those exist. I suppose you have to start somewhere, but I’d love a few different ideas for my vlogging debut.
This is where I’d love your suggestions on what the first one should be about. I would prefer not to do something totally random like a shower video…but if I must…

Haha, this sounds like a great idea. I put up my YouTube music covers on my blog, but rarely vlog as part of it, although I’m trying to talk a bit more to make it more personalized. I think you have to stick at what you’re good at, whatever interests you, because it will come across in your video. Sorry, not a specific idea but you will know best what you could talk about! 🙂
Aww, well thank you for responding! I agree – sticking to what you know and are interested in is key. I’m just afraid it wont interest people as much as I’d like OR it’s been done SO many times (for example, I like things regarding beauty, but there are so many people doing things in that realm). what’s your channel to your music covers?
Definitely whatever you choose to do will most likely have been done before, but it’s what you bring to it to make it unique, or if people just happen to love you and your personality then it doesn’t matter that it’s not a completely new idea 🙂 Also, good video editing is key!
